Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of information you provide.

The Service

We provide a platform for brands to discover influencers, run campaigns, and manage collaborations, and for influencers to present their profiles, connect their social accounts, and apply to campaigns. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Connecting Social Accounts

Influencers may connect third-party accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) using each platform’s official authorization. By connecting, you authorize us to retrieve the data you grant (such as profile details, statistics, and public content) to provide marketplace features. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and you may disconnect at any time from your account Settings. Our handling of this data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, audience, or metrics.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.
• Respect the terms and policies of connected third-party platforms when acting through the service.

Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the service. We own the platform itself and its underlying software and may not be copied except as permitted by law.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by submitting a request at /legal/data-deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
