Delete your account in-app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the app:

This immediately and permanently deletes your profile, credentials, uploaded media, in-app activity, and all OAuth tokens for connected social accounts. The deletion is irreversible.

Submit a deletion request by email

If you no longer have access to your account, or prefer to submit a written request:

• Email aram@theinfluencers.com
• Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
• Include: your registered email address and/or social media handle associated with your account

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What gets deleted

When we process your deletion request, we permanently remove:

• Your account profile, display name, username, and profile picture
• Your email address and hashed password credentials
• Uploaded media files (deliverable content, images)
• All OAuth tokens for connected TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts
• Platform data received via OAuth (profile stats, audience insights, content metrics)
• In-app messages, campaign applications, and participation history
• Account settings and preferences

What we may retain

Certain records cannot be deleted immediately due to legal obligations under Swedish law:

• Invoicing and financial records are retained for 7 years under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (Bokföringslagen). Where possible, these records are anonymised.
• Records required to resolve outstanding disputes or legal claims may be retained until those matters are resolved.
• Anonymised or aggregated data that no longer identifies you is not subject to deletion.

Disconnecting a social account

If you want to remove a connected social account (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) without deleting your full profile:

On disconnect, we revoke and delete the associated OAuth tokens and all platform data received from that account within 30 days. We do not retain platform data beyond this window after disconnection.
